Oh dear god, I feel your pain. Home school is tough, but millions or parents across the country are dusting off their maths hats and stepping up to the challenge of teaching and entertaining our kids. This home school card is to show your friends and family how proud you are of what they’re doing, and share some solidarity with all the new teachers out there. Blank inside, the together as one card can be used for any occasion. I also have a range of home school t-shirts available, so you can really look the part. If you can’t get to the post box right now I can hand write your message and send it directly to them – just leave your message in the order notes at checkout.
10p from the sale of every social distancing card will go to New Horizons Youth Centre. New Horizons support thousands of vulnerable young people experiencing homelessness in London. Young rough sleepers have been hit particularly hard by the pandemic, often falling outside of support because they aren’t known to street outreach teams.
The Rainbow Brights cards are also available in a handy 6 pack of mixed any-occasion cards, which should keep you going through social distancing. I think we’re all going to need little pick-me-ups over the next few months.
The home school card and envelope are produced in the UK from FSC-certified paper and the card has not been laminated, so is fully recyclable. All cards/multipacks are posted in a recycled cardboard envelope with no plastic packaging. If you order one to be sent directly to the recipient I will post it in it’s envelope.
I have a strict system of sanitising my hands whilst packing up orders, and am using water rather than licking envelopes. A study has found that the Covid-19 virus can survive for up to 24 hours on paper and card and up to 2-3 days on plastic and stainless-steel surfaces. There’s a useful article here if you’d like more information.
The A6 card is supplied with a coloured envelope and is blank inside, so there’s plenty of space for your message.
