My minimum order for first and reorders are:

UK £100/£75
US $150/$125
EU €125/100

I can get most card and print orders out in 3 days. Wooden products sometimes take a little longer if they are out of stock. If you need something urgently let me know - sometimes I can get things out more quickly providing they are in stock.

I offer free carriage to UK Mainland addresses on any orders over £150. For orders below this I charge a flat fee of £7.50. If you are oversees I will calculate shipping once your order has been placed and add this to your total.

I hate unnecessary packaging as much as you and do my best to keep it to a minimum whilst making sure your products get to you in perfect condition. I reuse materials when I can, so your parcel might look a bit ‘worn’ when it arrives. Any bubble wrap you find will have come from a previous delivery.

I do my best to make sure your package gets to you in perfect condition, but sometimes accidents happen in transit. If you are unhappy with the condition of your products in any way or there is a mistake with your order please email me on sarah@alphablots.com within 48 hours and I’ll be happy to help. 

Returns are only accepted on faulty or damaged goods.

Orders cannot be cancelled. If you want to make an adjustment to an order give me a call as soon as possible. If it hasn’t gone out I might be able to accommodate it. 

This is the easiest and fastest way to place a wholesale order. If you don't already have one you can apply for a wholesale account here. We'll review your application and aim to approve your account asap - usually within 24hrs.

Once you have been approved you will be able to shop all of our lines and pay online.

I have images of all my products cut out and ready to go. You can find a folder of images here. You are welcome to raid it for your website or for promotional purposes. Get in touch if there's anything else you need.
